The quality of the finish speaks for its self. Changes we asked for never seemed to phase anyone. Ours was a custom build and trades people kept an eye out for us so that any potential issues were addressed before they could become a problem. Where else would you get that level of consideration, even down to the direction the tiles should be laid on the floor.
There is always a level of stress when building a home, but this was as painless a process as I could imagine a new home could be.
